The building is very deceiving Alexander looks like an old type diner however inside and it's much larger then you think. The decor is your typical Oriental style with the interior being neat and clean. There are bathroom facilities flashlight. It features both a bar area as well as a dining room. The service is very good and the servers are very pleasant, attentive, and willing to answer all of your questions as to exactly what everything is. I am obsessed with the sushi here! It’s so so delicious and the prices are great. The sweet potato roll is one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s also just a really cool looking place. Definitely worth a trip if you’re a fan of sushi!
Located in an old diner car you walk into a cool environment and there before you is a beautifully appointed sushi bar as you turn to your left you see a small narrow dining room with about six booths and the decor is darker and quite peaceful with nice music. There is a small event room. We had wonton soup and miso soup. Both were lately seasoned the coconut chicken was crispy and tender on the inside flavorful coconut sauce, which was perfect in its balance. Sushi roll is the star of the show. It was an angry Bird role had the opposite effect. The shrimp inside was cooked too perfection. It was not too much of anything and it was just enough of everything. The crab Rangoon‘s were crispy on the outside and delightfully creamy on the inside. The service was pleasant and lighthearted. They made us feel very comfortable. And best of all the price was fantastic. $39 for everything you see pictured.
When my wife and I looked at the place from the outside, we almost left. But we’re glad we didn’t. The restaurant inside was very nice and comfortable. The music choice was nice. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our server Winnie was very nice and checked on us frequently. For appetizers The rock crab and gyoza are very good. The crab Rangoon is one of the best we’ve had. For lunch I ordered 3 maki rolls that were good. My wife got the bento box which had a big portion for a lunch. All together the bill was $50 which is really cheap for the amount of food we ordered. Will definitely be coming back.
The Yaki soba was delicious!!! We tried the crab rangoon, fried rice, and some soups and they were all tasty. Definitely come here to eat.
Decent Asian restaurant. Kind and fast serving. The food is good and they have a good variety of different Asian cuisine. We've tried a few different options on the menu and were happy with our choice generally speaking. If you crave some Asian food it's one of the best options in the area.
Don't let the diner look on the outside fool you. Once you step inside, you're in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. The service is great and fast. We maybe had to wait 15 minutes for our food to be served, and it was as good as any Asian restaurant out there. What I loved about it was the fact that if you're not into sushi, you can also get regular American Chinese food as well. The fried rice needs some work, but everything was perfectly cooked and delicious!
